When a foreign women tell you that you are nice, there is a good chance she is interested in you. This happened to me the first time I was in Prague and Costa Rica. A woman told me I was nice, and soon she was holding my hand, later we were kissing. One woman even spent the night with me, called in sick the next day and spent the whole day with me. My theory why foreign women from second and third world countries are different is because stability is not the norm. They still live with the fear that their county’s government, economy, and civil society could radically change overnight, as it had in the past. Also many of the men are not stabile, not having regular jobs, multiple girlfriends, spending too much of their spare time partying and drinking with their male friends. Foreign women want and value stability. Increasing worldwide more women attend college, as do men. This might be more pronounced in some second and third world countries. Many first world women only value stability after their “bad-boy” boyfriend gets her pregnant or she gets into financial trouble.
