Because America's workforce is so highly educated, jobs are being done with a greater level of expertise, effectiveness and efficiency. If you know a teen for is planning to go to college, my advice to them is to study something that will give them a good career. And don’t rule out trade school. Sites like Yahoo Jobs, Monster and Career Builder are good resources for future job trends. There are many things to be learned from the global recession. People with technical or medical skills are more likely to keep their jobs or find new ones. Also those skills are needed worldwide. America is not the only country looking for skilled workers.
