I would check out these two threads:
http://poorbuthappy.com/colombia/post/shes-pregnant-i-129f-benificiary-question/
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070413092154AAcSugW

I would also seek the help of an immigration attorney like Gary Bala at www.garybala.com

Hello, I just found out my fiance from the Philippines is pregnant. I know I am the father.
However, I just filed form I-129F for foreign fiance. I found out after filing these forms that she is pregnant. What can I do to make sure she can still come here to the U.S.? Do we have to wait until after the baby is born before she will be alowed to enter the U.S. on a fiance visa?
Any answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Yes I agree. Some foreign women do want to get pregnant by you, which is another reason why you should wear protection. I also know of a few guys who applied for permanent residency in Colombia in the name of family unity, because they fathered a child there, so I'm sure it happens in other countries as well.

Some foreign women want to get pregnant with your child. There are many reasons for this; money, as a tool to immigrate to another country, to land a husband, her loves you or she just wants a baby. I met a woman in Costa Rica who wanted to have a child with a white man, because she believed her child would be taller and smarter.
If you do father a child in Costa Rica with native women, you can apply for permanent residency. In the name of family unity, the government will not generally deport the parent of a Costa Rican citizen. I know an ex-pat who did this but in agreement with his girl friend.
